• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available on your "Order Details" page.

• Please allow us to process your order within 2-3 business days. Therefore, It is supposed to take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout to calculate delivery time. Orders are processed on working days only, excluding holidays. 
• You need to bear the extra shipping fee for remote areas. We will contact you through Whatsapp or Email about details of the extra shipping fee. If you don't accept it, we will refund your order very soonly.
